Double unders piss me off so bad that I went and bought a jump rope. It came today, so I took it on a little trip to the park and proceeded to whip my poor legs about 1000 times. I got a few but nothing noteworthy. You’ll be mine soon, DUs.

Tonight was the benchmark WOD for the Paleo Challenge, and we will complete the same one in 30 days.

10 minutes AMRAP
5 Deadlifts @ 50% of 1RM (#70)
10 Burpees
15 Wall-balls (20/14)
= 157 reps, RX

Last week I learned to man up and pick up the 14lb ball instead of the 10lb. It is significantly harder. Stupid wall balls. I feel this will be a pretty decent benchmark WOD. I got a damn good burn going in my quads. 
It’s currently 2 hours post-WOD and I’m sitting here trying to finish a project, and barely keeping my eyes open. I slept like a champ last night so I’m not sure why I’m so tired. I’m mostly trying to finish so I can go home and eat. First world problems.
