Lunchtime miles! I’ve never done more physical exertion than walking while at work, and I want to start incorporating some lunch runs. It’s beautiful (albeit WINDY) outside, and was a nice swap for sitting on my butt trying not to fall asleep at my desk.
And due to the fact that I can’t read my training plan correctly combined with coach telling me there’s 10 miles (!) on tap for today, it’ll also be a two-a-day.
