Running doesn’t have to be all serious all the time. When you make it that way, you forget how to enjoy it. You forget the simplicity of making your body move freely. Running is a very encompassing word. It’s escaping daily stress, making time for yourself, and feeding off endorphins. It’s great to have goals and work hard to reach those goals, but in the end it’s important to remember to truly enjoy running.
